Mentoring.

Supporting Christian professionals and entrepreneurs as they navigate faith, work, leadership and life.

The Genesis Network Mentoring Programme connects experienced Christian business leaders with professionals and entrepreneurs. It creates space for honest conversation, shared learning and thoughtful reflection, and there is no cost to take part.

How it works.

Mentoring runs in cohorts, each a six-month journey. Pairs usually meet monthly, with the freedom to agree whatever rhythm works best for them.

Genesis mentoring is intentionally relational rather than prescriptive. At its heart it is about integrating faith with business, so that participants grow in clarity and confidence as Christians in the marketplace.

Two pathways.

Mentoring through the Genesis Network runs in two pathways: Vocational Mentoring and Peer-to-Peer Mentoring.

A mentoring relationship lets mentors and mentees share and learn from each other’s experience and context.

Our hope is that everyone in Genesis looks to who is slightly ahead of them, and who is slightly behind them.

"I’ve really enjoyed the mentor-mentee process. Getting to know my mentor, growing in friendship, and seeing how each conversation, whether about work, faith, or family, always seems to land right where it needs to."
