Equip seeks to resource Christian businesspeople and marketplace leaders so that they can live out their faith in the marketplace, becoming more like Jesus so that God’s Kingdom will be advanced in the marketplace
Conference.
Our Conference is an annual day flagship event, where Christian Business Leaders gather to go deeper, be challenged and become equipped for faith-driven leadership in the martketplace.
The conference aims to equip Business Leaders across Ireland, it hosts business leaders locally and internationally who are experienced in a specific area or generally, faith and business. The day currently includes: keynotes, panels and workshops.
Mentoring.
A one-on-one mentorship program that connects experienced Christian business leaders with emerging professionals and entrepreneurs.
A mentoring relationship offers mentors and mentees the opportunity to share and learn from each other’s unique experience and context.
Mentoring through the Genesis Network is streamed in two pathways: Vocational Mentoring and Peer-to-Peer mentoring. The aim is also that people within Genesis will look to who is slightly ahead and who is slightly behind them.
