Malcolm Johnston
Malcolm Johnston is a partner in Angello which started in 2008. He was formerly CEO of a specialist investment management business. Malcolm has 35+ years of experience in frontier communities and markets, building NGO, enterprise development and impact investment projects and advised companies in Singapore and Washington DC. He continues to be active in several businesses.
Angello.com is focused on nurturing emerging market business leaders who have vision for transformation in their nations and ensuring that theirs is the new leadership for their nations.
Malcolm is closely involved with the work in Oak House (Moldova) which has, over 20 years, provided opportunities for flourishing for 120 young people from rural communities. He is humbled by walking beside the powerless and it brings him joy to see people experiencing Isaiah 61 flourishing given the right conditions and opportunities for growth.
Annika Greco Thompson
Annika Greco Thompson is a Swedish-American, married to a Brit and resides in Liverpool.
Annika joined Stewardship in 2023 and is passionate about helping Christians join the dots between generosity, the Gospel, and our faith confession.
Breaking open ideas around how to steward our resources, in particular our finances and our power, in order to live out Isaiah 61 (a vivid description of the Kingdom!) is right up her alley, and she is eagerly looking forward to being at Equip!
Stuart Bothwell
Stu is a local lad who, along with his wife Emma and their little girl Eliza, is loving life in Lisburn.
Together, they are part of the family at Lagan Valley Vineyard.
Stu serves with 24-7 Prayer, developing content for Lectio 365 and Inner Room, two apps that help people around the world build a daily rhythm of prayer.

Linda and Olivier Baumann, married for 17 years, are based in Switzerland and are passionate about helping people flourish in all areas of life. They serve entrepreneurs and leaders through Europartners across Europe and goUnity in Switzerland.
Together they founded LOB C GmbH, where they coach and consult leaders and teams in organisational development and communication using Life Languages™.
Passionate about following Jesus, they love exploring what it means to live as citizens of the Kingdom of God. At Equip, they look forward to sharing from their journey of integrating faith, business, and leadership, and how God uses everyday life to shape us from the inside out.
James Waters
James Waters is the founder and CEO of Kingdom Impact, an organisation helping Christian foundations, faith-driven funds, and Kingdom businesses measure and grow their impact in the world. He has spent nearly a decade developing and delivering impact assessment tools directly with Kingdom and redemptive businesses, working across entrepreneurship networks and accelerators to help founders understand not just whether their business was growing, but whether it was genuinely flourishing. Their latest tool, Apollos, is a purpose built tool for Christian impact measurement across portfolios of organisations.
James also convenes the Christian Impact Framework (CIF) Project, a global initiative creating a shared language for articulating spiritual impact across the Christian impact ecosystem.
James holds a PhD in international development, with research on resilience and community flourishing in Uganda, where God gave him a heart for mission and for helping organisations become healthier and more effective. He lives in Norwich with his wife Iza and their two young children, and is actively involved in local church and a national youth missions movement.
